**NO SHOWS
◦ If you NO SHOW, 100% of the total service amount will be charged to the card on file plus a transaction fee
**LATE CANCELS
◦ All CANCELLATIONS must be done more than 8 hours BEFORE your appointment time or a LATE CANCEL fee of 50% of the total service amount is charged to the card on file. Credit card transaction fee applies. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any “free REDO’s” are subject to a 25% NO SHOW AND RESCHEDULING FEE!!
*WAX CLIENTS! If you are on your cycle, I will wax you. You are REQUIRED to wear a tampon. If you do not wear tampons in general, you must RESCHEDULE. If you arrive and your cycle is not taken care of properly, you will be charged 50% of the service fee and asked to RESCHEDULE. Hygiene is important! If you start your cycle and wish to not come, you will still pay the 50% LATE CANCEL fee, unless you CANCEL/RESCHEDULE prior to the 8 hour window before your appointment time. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
**RESCHEDULES/REBOOKS
◦ All RESCHEDULES must be done more than 8 hours BEFORE your appointment time or a LATE CANCEL fee of 50% of the service amount will be charged to the card on file. Credit card transaction fee applies. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
RESCHEDULING/REBOOKING for the same day, earlier/later time, there is NO CHARGE.
The Scheduler will not allow you to RESCHEDULE for the same day if it’s less than 8 hours before your appointment time.
For same-day RESCHEDULES, you will need to REBOOK your appointment as a NEW APPOINTMENT if it’s less than 8 hours before your appointment time. You will then CANCEL the appointment you originally had.
**10 MIN LATE POLICY
◦ You have a 10 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time if you are running late. Anything beyond 10 minutes, will result in a CANCELLATION, along with a 50% LATE CANCEL fee, unless I have the time to take you late.
If I can RESCHEDULE you later the same day, there is NO CHARGE.
Please inform me via TEXT if you think you will be running late. I do not do “courtesy calls”.
 A credit card is REQUIRED to book an appointment with me. The card on file will ONLY be used for NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL
If your card is declined, you will be required to pay the fee before any other appointments can be booked.If it is not paid, all appointments made will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY!!
If you do not agree with these terms, DO NOT BOOK! I DO NOT charge a Booking Fee or Pre-Authorization Fee
